Web standards

The pages of this site conform to level AA [http://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG1AA-Conformance] of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 [http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG10/]. They also satisfy many of the AAA guidelines.

These pages are valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional [http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/], with design and layout specified using valid CSS [http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/]. (Well, mainly. We've made a couple of minor compromises to ensure compatibility with as many browsers as possible).

These pages are intended to be viewable with any web browser. However, we recommend you use a modern, standards-compliant browser such as Firefox [http://www.getfirefox.com/], which is available free of charge for Windows, Mac and Linux.
