George has strong experience in survey design and analysis, including advanced statistical and econometric techniques. He is also an experienced web developer, with skills in information architecture and interface design, and a variety of client-side and server-side technologies.
George is currently working on a PhD at Imperial College with Dr Susana Mourato, exploring the connections between environmental quality, sustainable consumption and subjective well-being. His recent work includes a quantitative analysis of air pollution, noise and access to nature in London, and their effects on London residents' life satisfaction, and a stated preference valuation of certification and potential biodiversity and human development co-benefits of carbon offsetting schemes.
George holds an MSc in Environmental Economics & Policy from Imperial College London, and a BA (first class honours) from the University of Cambridge.
